I’m watching Oprah right now. There is no excuse, for abuse. I’m so disgusted with what those girls went through. Those brothers should rot in a grave for what they did to their sisters. If they felt any remorse at all, they would’ve killed themselves. I’m just so lost for words right now at how horrible this is. Its definitely one of the most provocative episodes I’ve ever seen.

I fed William his first little bit of “solids” today, (rice cereal). IT WENT SO WELL! HE LOVED IT! He was a mess, but still really cute.

So I think that I am going to make a killer stew today. I’ve been in the cooking mood lately. Last night I made some awesome Chana Masala on a bed of whole grain rice. It’s simple, but soooo good. I love having a spice rack…its my all time favorite thing in the kitchen. The Chana Masala has tons of Indian spice in it like paprika, cumin, freshly ground coriander, and curry. YUM! Tonights stew will have the normal potato, carrots, onions, beef, and celery….I love food so much and on days like this, comfort food is ideal. I might post a picture later of what I’ve made.
